SHIPPING

Learning Tree is pleased to ship across Canada and into the United States. In-stock orders are shipped from our retail location next business day via Canada Post. Customers will be notified if there are products in their order that are not in stock.

Shipping charges are calculated per province/territory. If you are shipping to a remote/rural location, additional charges may apply.

RETURNS

Purchases can be exchanged (NO RETURNS), within 14 days of the original purchase date and must meet the following criteria:

-item must be unopened and in the original sale condition

-must have a copy of the original receipt

- all books are FINAL SALE

CLASSES & PD Day CAMPS

Payment for classes and camps is non-refundable at anytime.

SUMMER CAMPS

Payment for summer camps is non-refundable at anytime.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Birthday parties are non-refundable; however, credits may be issued if the booking is cancelled at least 14 days prior to the event. Birthday credits must be used within two (2) months of the original booking date.

Product, birthday, class, and camp credits are not interchangeable.
